Dr. Ornit Yanai-Kohelet
Dr. Yanai-Kohelet, the CEO and managing director of Q-Trials, earned her MD from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Since 2004, she has played a lead role in the development of the clinical trials industry in Israel and founded Q-Trials in 2007.
In 2009, Dr. Yanai-Kohelet joined the steering committee of C-Trials, the Israeli association for the advancement of the biomedical research community.
Her mission under this organization is to make Israel a preferred location for clinical research by facilitating the understanding of local regulations, shortening approval timelines, enabling sharing and transparency of information, establishing professional forums, educating professionals in the field and enhancing the service level of all stakeholders in the industry.
Ornit is meticulous and thorough, service oriented and holds her employees to the same standards. She practices inclusive management, and is thereby able to motivate her team and tap into their talents.
